And let a scribe produce [it] concerning you in justice. Permit no scribe refuse to put in writing as Allah has taught him. So Allow him compose and let the one who may have the obligation dictate. And Enable him fear Allah, his Lord, instead of leave something outside of it. But if the one who may have the obligation is of minimal comprehending or weak or not able to dictate himself, then let his guardian dictate in justice. And convey to witness two witnesses from among your Guys. And if there are not two Guys [readily available], then a person and two Gals from Individuals whom you settle for as witnesses - in order that if one of the Females errs, then the opposite can remind her. And Enable not the witnesses refuse when they're known as upon. And don't be [too] weary to write it, whether it is little or substantial, for its [specified] expression. 2:213 كَانَ النَّاسُ أُمَّةً وَاحِدَةً فَبَعَثَ اللَّهُ النَّبِيِّينَ مُبَشِّرِينَ وَمُنْذِرِينَ وَأَنْزَلَ مَعَهُمُ الْكِتَابَ بِالْحَقِّ لِيَحْكُمَ بَيْنَ النَّاسِ فِيمَا اخْتَلَفُوا فِيهِ ۚ وَمَا اخْتَلَفَ فِيهِ إِلَّا الَّذِينَ أُوتُوهُ مِنْ بَعْدِ مَا جَاءَتْهُمُ الْبَيِّنَاتُ بَغْيًا بَيْنَهُمْ ۖ فَهَدَى اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لِمَا اخْتَلَفُوا فِيهِ مِنَ الْحَقِّ بِإِذْنِهِ ۗ وَاللَّهُ يَهْدِي مَنْ يَشَاءُ إِلَىٰ صِرَاطٍ مُسْتَقِيمٍ surah baqarah maher al muaiqly Mankind was [of] a person faith [in advance of their deviation]; then Allah despatched the prophets as bringers of good tidings and warners and sent down with them the Scripture in fact to judge amongst the men and women relating to that wherein they differed.
